Amerex- Project Coordinator (Defense)

Amerex is looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

 Project Coordinator Functions: Support of Defense Project Manager on Day-to-day basis:

• Interface with Production, Quality, Inventory, Shipping and Purchasing groups, as needed.
• Make appropriate support requests to Amerex Engineering relating to new proposals or testing requirements.
• Confirm BOM's against sales proposals:examining quantity, cost, gross margin and proposal accuracy.
• Work with Project Mgr, Sales Mgr and Engineering to create detailed customer proposals and owner's manuals.
• Assist Project Manager in maintaining project milestone and completion schedules.
• Track supplier and manufactured components from customer order to delivery.

CMMC Program Manager Function:

• Administer and implement all of the practices necessary to meet and maintain company CMMC compliance per corporate Information Systems Security Policy.
• Interfacing with Amerex IT, Engineering, Product Compliance groups as needed to maintain Level 3 CUI compliance.
• Monitor and Audit CUI server access.
• Coordinate with external government CMMC auditors to plan and execute audits within Amerex.
• Stay actively aware of all impending changes to the CMMC requirements and adapt as necessary.

 Other Roles and Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain 3rd party lab testing reports and summaries library for improved accessibility.
• Make justifiable recommendations for future product compliance testing needs.
• Navigate smoothly through Amerex business management software (D365).
• Professionally interface as necessary with customers and suppliers via phone, email or in person.
• Create Engineering Project Charters with Product Mgr. and Engineering Development Mgr. Facilitate Charter approval process.
