Overview

Interact with customers to provide sales, marketing and technical assistance in the design and promotion of Fire Suppression Systems.

Responsibilities

Shall include but not be limited to the following

  • Work with distributor, OEM, and end user market covering the eastern half of the United States
  • Approximately 70 – 80% travel required
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints including detail of the actions taken
  • Identify current and future customer product & service requirements
  • Provide product, service and equipment technical and engineering information
  • Provide direction, guidance, information and resolve customer or product design concerns
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Provide technical and sales training for clients
  • Cold call on architects and engineers

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree; NICET Certified preferred.

Minimum of 6+ years in the design of Fire Suppression Systems

Communication skills (verbal and written)

Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications

Excellent communications and people skills

Excellent marketing and organization skills
