Overview

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Responsibilities

Shall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Process and manager orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Produces requisitions to support material requirements
  • Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints including detail of the actions taken
  • Assist other departments where needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Communication skills (verbal and written)

Microsoft Office

Typing

Excellent attendance history

Excellent communications and people skills

Excellent organization skills

Excellent computer skills
